CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT

The Majlisul Ulama has since inception maintained an open door policy of assisting any organisation and institutions engaged in Islamic work.  Such assistance is in the form of construction of mosques and Islamic centres, supply of literature, trained personnel, etc.  Over the years the Majlis has constructed over 25 masaajid and Islamic centres.  In addition to that, the Majlis has sponsored some of the Centres that cater for boarding students by either providing or facilitating for their monthly food requirements.

In certain instances, the Majlis has not only constructed Islamic Centres but has also established Qur'aanic schools at the Centres which run under its supervision.
