GIRLS CENTRE

BUILDING & FACILITIES

The building covers an area of 1400 square metres comprising of 6 classrooms, 3 offices, ablution block, in-house masjid, toilet and shower block, 9 dormitory rooms, kitchen and dining and in-house Matron's flat.

ENROLMENT

Current enrollment at the Centre stands at 125 students.

COURSES

At the Girls Centre, students undergo a two year full time course in Islamic studies, together with in-house vocational skills training (e.g. dress-making, cutting and designing, machine embroidery) as well as Secretarial courses (e.g. typing, office practices) with Pitman Examinations, recogniSed by Government.

ACADEMIC SECTION

Academic courses in 8 subjects up to the 'O' level are also offered to students at this centre.
