CHILDREN'S HOME

BUILDING & FACILITIES

The building covers an area of 770 square metres comprising of 2 classrooms, 3 offices, in-house masjid, toilet and shower block, 4 dormitory rooms, kitchen and dining and an in-house Matron's flat. A large playground with various playground equipment has been set up for the orphans.

ENROLMENT

Currently enrolment at this Centre stands at 58 orphans with an age range of 3 years to 13 years old. Children attend the nearby Government schools for the secular education in the mornings and cover the Primary Islamic studies at the Home in the afetrnoons and evenings.

STUDENTS PROGRESS

Upon completion of primary studies the male child is transferred to the Boys Centre and the female child to the Girls Centre.
